Indian launches FTR 1200 Carbon

Inspired by winning three consecutive titles with the factory machine FTR 750 Indian presents the exclusive FTR 1200 Carbon with lots of carbon fiber parts and other noble accessories.

The FTR 1200 is the sportiest model of the American manufacturer Indian, known for heavy cruisers. Conceptually the FTR 1200 is derived from the racing machine of the Indian factory team in the American Flat Track Championship. Since the re-entry into the flat track sport Indian dominates the scene. In view of three national titles in a row, the manufacturer has now launched the nobly equipped FTR 1200 Carbon version.

Indian uses the exclusive material not only for optical retouching. The special model even has a fuel tank made of carbon fibre laminate. Also made of carbon are the front fender, the headlight cover, the covers of the airbox and the seat cover. The lettering “FTR Carbon” is emblazoned on the centre console of the tank. Akrapovič supplies a low mounted exhaust system.
